Experiential Learning 

Experiential Learning is a process for learning through action. It’s a methodology in which the learners are purposefully engaged in activities, which gives them a direct experience and enables them, to reflect in order to increase knowledge and develop skills.

Environment & Safety 

It is imperative to be environmentally aware and help in conserving nature. All activities strictly follow clear conventional guidelines. Safety of self, environment and equipment is of paramount importance. We strictly deploy UIAA certified technical equipment and certified personnel. We follow safety assessment protocols that comply to international safety standards.

Re-defining adventure! BASECAMP is India’s first all women company in Adventure space.

	Bianca Dias, is an Engineer by qualification and with designing background, also called as “demolishing girl” as she specializes in building demolition. A Qualified Mountaineer from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, she conducts rock-climbing camps for school children. An Avid trekker and an expert rock climber, she has trekked across the Himalayas and the Western Ghats. With her eye for detail, she is a safety expert.
	Jigna Modh, is the youngest mountaineer in India, a national level rock climber and a state-level Tennis player. She is a qualified mountaineer and also a Search & Rescue specialist from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering. With over 8 successful expeditions in the Indian Himalayas, and several pinnacles in Maharashtra as a lead climber, she aims to summit all the 14 of the 8000 Mts peaks.
	Kavitha Reddy, a management graduate with 14+years of industry experience. She has worked with Kotak Mahindra, IndiaLife Hewitt & TeamLease Services in Sr Management roles. She is an avid travel writer and writes regularly for many newspapers. A qualified mountaineer from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering and a Rock-climbing enthusiast, she aspires to climb 4 of the 14 of 8000 Mts peaks. She is also an Associate Member of Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF).
	MiG, named after the combat aircraft, is the youngest member of the team and stress buster. She dreams to summit Mt Everest someday.
